Watertown Man Arrested on Multiple Felony Charges Following Investigation
A 43-year-old Watertown resident has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies following a State Police investigation into an assault that occurred in the Town of Rutland in late 2023.
Shane L. Kirkby was taken into custody on February 6, 2025, and charged with several offenses related to a November 16, 2023, assault. Details of the second incident were not disclosed.
Kirkby was arraigned in Jefferson County CAP Court and remanded to jail with bail set at $250,000 cash, $500,000 secured bond, or $1 million partially secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rutland Court on February 18, 2025.
