A Victor woman was arrested on Wednesday morning after an investigation into a rental vehicle that was not returned by its agreed-upon due date, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Patricia Lynn Henry, 50, was taken into custody at her residence on Roberts Drive around 10:46 a.m. on February 7. Authorities say the arrest stemmed from a case involving a vehicle reported stolen by Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Investigators determined that Henry had failed to return the rented vehicle within the contractually agreed period.
Following her arrest, Henry was issued an appearance ticket and released from custody. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court on February 16 to respond to the charges.
Law enforcement officials have not provided additional details on the circumstances surrounding the rental agreement or the length of time the vehicle was overdue. The investigation remains ongoing.
