A Waterloo man currently incarcerated at the Seneca County Correctional Facility is facing new charges after authorities say he was found in possession of illegal substances while in custody.
According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, investigators arrested Kyle A. Davis, 32, on March 14, 2025, around 3:30 p.m. He has been charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and promoting prison contraband in the first degree.
The charges stem from an incident within the correctional facility, where Davis was allegedly found with methamphetamine and fentanyl. Officials have not disclosed how the substances were discovered or whether additional individuals were involved.
Davis is scheduled for arraignment in Centralized Arraignment Court and will appear in Romulus Town Court at a later date.
