Yates County Man Arrested for Exposing Himself to a Minor

A Branchport man has been charged following an investigation into an alleged incident involving a minor, according to the Yates County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies arrested Judson R. Durham, 58, on February 20, 2025, in connection with an incident that reportedly occurred the night before on Friend Road in the Town of Jerusalem. Durham faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

Authorities allege that Durham exposed himself to a minor under the age of 17. Following the investigation, Durham voluntarily turned himself in at the Yates County Sheriff’s Office, where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to respond to the charges.
