The Village of Wolcott is now accepting applications for vendors interested in participating in the 2025 Strawberry Festival, scheduled for Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event, which takes place rain or shine, will feature a variety of local artisans, crafters, and nonprofit organizations.
Vendors can secure a 10x10 space for a $20 fee, with applications and payments due by Friday, June 6. Spaces are assigned in advance, and payments are non-refundable. Participants are required to bring their own equipment, such as tents, tables, and chairs, as electricity and Wi-Fi will not be available on-site.
Food vendors must provide a valid New York State Tax Certificate, proof of insurance, and compliance documentation from the New York State Department of Health. Additionally, a peddler’s permit may be required. Portable restrooms will be available for vendor use.
Set-up begins at 8 a.m., with all vendors expected to be ready for the 10 a.m. start. Break-down may begin no earlier than 4 p.m., though vendors are encouraged to remain until the festival ends at 5 p.m.
Preference will be given to hand-crafted and artisan items, with limited availability for direct-sale vendors. Nonprofit organizations may participate at no cost but must still submit an application.
The application and contact information for the festival can be found on the Village of Wolcott Strawberry Festival 2025 Facebook.
