A Wolcott man was arrested on Thursday evening following an investigation into a reported suspicious condition in the Village of Wolcott, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a 911 call around 6:53 p.m. on Pinewood Drive. Upon arrival, they encountered Lelion R. Sullivan Jr., 54, who allegedly became irate and physically uncooperative with officers during the course of their investigation.
Sullivan was arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket, processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, and later released.
Sullivan is scheduled to appear in Village of Wolcott Court at a future date to answer the charge.
