The Town of Williamson Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the Williamson Town Complex. The hearing will address two variance requests related to zoning regulations.
The first request, Appeal No. 944, is submitted by Thomas Corteville, who is seeking a variance for front setback relief to construct an accessory structure on his property at 6783 E. Townline Road. The property is zoned A-1 Agricultural.
The second request, Appeal No. 945, is from Mallorie Hogan, who is applying for a variance to convert a mixed-use business and apartment into a two-family residence. The property, located at 6194 Route 21, is owned by Maroland Properties, LLC and is zoned MU-1 (Mixed Use).
The applications are available for public inspection at the Building & Zoning Department, located at 6380 Route 21, Suite II, Williamson, NY. Community members interested in providing input may attend the hearing in person or be represented by an attorney or other representative.
