Williamson Woman Arrested Following Mother-Daughter Domestic

Stacy L. Sawyer, 45, of Ridge Road in Williamson, was arrested on charges of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of a Williamson woman following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Stacy L. Sawyer, 45, of Ridge Road in Williamson, was arrested on charges of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Authorities allege that Sawyer was involved in a domestic incident with her mother and violated a stay-away order of protection.

Deputies located Sawyer and took her into custody without incident. She was transported to the Wayne County Jail and held for centralized arraignment scheduled on February 13 at 7:00 a.m. The next day, she was still listed in custody indicated that she may have been held in custody.
