The Town of Williamson Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. to review two development proposals currently under consideration.
The first application, submitted by Lakeshore Sales, LLC, seeks final site plan approval to develop a 33.5-acre property into 15 single-family residential lots ranging from 1.16 to 3.70 acres. The property, which is owned by the applicant, is zoned A-1 (Agricultural).
The second application, submitted by Raymond Luke Cino, requests site plan review for a .52-acre parcel located at 6379 Route 21. The property, which is currently vacant, is owned by Properties Inc. and is zoned C-1 (Commercial).
