A Webster woman was arrested on Tuesday following a motor vehicle crash in the Village of Victor that led to a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) charge, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say 35-year-old Raven Roper was involved in a crash on State Route 96, where she allegedly failed to properly navigate the roadway and struck an unoccupied parked vehicle.
Deputies who responded to the scene conducted an investigation and determined that Roper had been operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She sustained minor, non-life-threatening injuries in the crash, officials said.
Roper was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail, where she is being held pending arraignment.
