A Webster man has been arrested in connection with a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Marion, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say Cole P. Alger, 21, of Kennedy Road in Webster, was taken into custody on April 1 and charged with two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. The arrest follows an investigation into an alleged domestic altercation involving Alger and his girlfriend.
Authorities allege that Alger damaged an interior door and then pushed his girlfriend into a wall, resulting in further damage. The incident was reported around 5:30 p.m. on April 1.
Alger was processed at the Wayne County Jail and arraigned later that evening. He is scheduled to appear in Marion Town Court at a later date.
