Wayne County Sheriff's Office Offering Safe Boating Courses
Participants must be at least 10 years old at the time of the class to enroll. The course will be held on several dates and at multiple locations in Wayne County.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Recreation Safety Division will be hosting the New York State Safe Boating Course in the coming weeks. This course is mandatory for individuals operating personal watercraft, such as jet skis or wave runners, and those operating any motorized water vessel.
Participants must be at least 10 years old at the time of the class to enroll. The course will be held on several dates and at multiple locations in Wayne County. Attendees are required to bring a pen and lunch for the day.
The course schedule is as follows:
Saturday, March 22nd, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
