Wayne County Sheriff's Office Holds Promotional Pinning Ceremony

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office held a promotional pinning ceremony last Friday to recognize two staff members who have advanced to new supervisory roles within the department

Thomas Munzert was officially promoted to Road Patrol Sergeant, while Robert Montemorano was named the new 911 Public Safety Dispatch Supervisor. The ceremony included the formal pinning of badges, a tradition symbolizing the assumption of new responsibilities and leadership roles.

The event was attended by family members, colleagues, and local officials, all of whom gathered to celebrate the achievements of Munzert and Montemorano. Attendees offered their congratulations and support as the newly promoted leaders prepared to step into their supervisory positions.
