Wayne County is inviting bids for election printing services and supplies needed for the county’s Board of Elections. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on March 26, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
Bidders can submit their proposals in person or by mail to the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors at 26 Church Street, Lyons, NY 14489. Alternatively, electronic submissions can be made through the BidNet platform at BidNet Direct, though vendors must register on the platform to participate.
Proposal forms, specifications, and project plans can be accessed electronically via BidNet or obtained directly from the Wayne County Purchasing Department at 16 William Street, Lyons, NY. Requests for these materials can also be made by emailing purchasing@co.wayne.ny.us or calling (315) 946-7675.
Officials caution that bid documents obtained from third-party sources may be incomplete or inaccurate, and they encourage all interested contractors to contact the Purchasing Department directly to ensure they receive the most up-to-date information. Additionally, Wayne County does not provide a list of those who have obtained bid documents before the proposal deadline.
The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
