Waterloo Man Arrested for Alleged Order of Protection Violation

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a Waterloo man following an investigation into a domestic dispute.
According to Sheriff Tim Thompson, deputies took Brandon Morehouse, 27, into custody on February 21, 2025, at 7:39 p.m. Morehouse, a resident of County House Road in Waterloo, faces charges of Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation, and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a class E felony.
Authorities allege that Morehouse violated an existing order of protection and engaged in unwanted physical contact with the protected individual. Following his arrest, Morehouse was turned over to the corrections division and is awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
