Walworth Man Injured After Crashing into Ditch

A Walworth man sustained a head injury following a single-vehicle crash on Atlantic Avenue, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities report that Michael A. Sanzone, 38, of Teresa Drive, was traveling east on Atlantic Avenue when his vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane, left the roadway on the north side, and struck a ditch. The impact caused the vehicle to vault before coming to a stop.

Sanzone suffered a head injury but declined medical treatment at the scene, deputies said. Ontario Town Ambulance also responded to the crash.
