Walworth Man Arrested Following Burglary Investigation in Ontario

Authorities allege the man unlawfully entered an apartment after damaging a window screen.

A Walworth man has been arrested following an investigation into a reported burglary in progress in the Town of Ontario, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies took Kyle M. Vanderkamp, 36, of Walworth, into custody on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Authorities allege Vanderkamp unlawfully entered an apartment after damaging a window screen.

Following his arrest, Vanderkamp was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ontario Court on February 5 at 1:00 p.m.
