Two Rochester Women Charged with Grand Larceny at Victor Mall

Daniyah Simmons, 19, and Zyhonesty Parker, 18, were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.

Two Rochester women were taken into custody on Tuesday evening following an alleged shoplifting incident at Von Maur located at Eastview Mall in the Town of Victor.

According to law enforcement, Daniyah Simmons, 19, and Zyhonesty Parker, 18, were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after allegedly passing all points of sale without paying for merchandise valued at $1,432.

Authorities responded to a complaint from the store and conducted an investigation before taking the two individuals into custody. Simmons and Parker were later released with appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date to address the charges.
