Tonight: Walworth Historical Society to Present Program on Pacific Hotel’s Legacy
The event, titled “Then & Now: The Pacific Hotel – 148 Years Young,” will take place tonight, Monday, March 17, at 7:00 p.m. at The Lodge at Ginegaw Park.
The Walworth Historical Society is hosting a free public program on the history of the Pacific Hotel, a landmark in the town for nearly 150 years. The event, titled “Then & Now: The Pacific Hotel – 148 Years Young,” will take place tonight, Monday, March 17, at 7:00 p.m. at The Lodge at Ginegaw Park.
The program will explore the history of the Pacific Hotel through a slideshow presentation, showcasing the building’s evolution over time. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share personal memories of the historic site.
Located in Walworth for more than a century, the Pacific Hotel has been a significant fixture in the community. The Historical Society encourages residents to attend and engage in discussions about the building’s past and its role in the town’s heritage.
As with other Historical Society events, refreshments will be provided. The organization welcomes both longtime residents and newcomers to participate in this educational evening.
