Tioga County Man Arrested on PA Fugitive Warrant, Drug Charges
He was arraigned at the Tioga County Jail CAP Court and was remanded to the Jail Division, where he awaits extradition to Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
A Tioga County man wanted in Pennsylvania was taken into custody following a traffic stop, where authorities also discovered suspected drugs and paraphernalia.
The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office reported that on January 30, deputies pulled over Roy J.R. Hall, 47, in the Town of Candor. During the stop, law enforcement discovered that Hall had an active Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Pennsylvania. A further investigation led to the discovery of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia inside his vehicle.
Hall was subsequently charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
