Three Individuals Charged with Disorderly Conduct Following Altercation in Yates County

Mackenzie P. Eaves, 25, of Dundee, Malik M. Moore, 24, of Penn Yan, and Dezember M. Hotaling, 25, also of Penn Yan, were each issued appearance tickets in connection with a reported altercation.

Three individuals have been charged with disorderly conduct following an investigation by the Yates County Sheriff's Office into an incident that took place earlier this month.

According to law enforcement, Mackenzie P. Eaves, 25, of Dundee, Malik M. Moore, 24, of Penn Yan, and Dezember M. Hotaling, 25, also of Penn Yan, were each issued appearance tickets in connection with an altercation that occurred on February 8, 2025.

Deputies from the Yates County Sheriff's Office met with the individuals on February 19 and served them with the charges. They are scheduled to appear in the Town of Starkey Court at a later date.
