A Florida man was arrested for driving while intoxicated early Saturday morning in the Town of Waterloo, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that deputies stopped a vehicle at approximately 2:45 a.m. on March 15 after observing it failing to maintain its lane of travel. Following an investigation, the driver, identified as Mark A. Griffiths Sr., 64, of Tampa, Florida, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and cited for additional traffic violations.
Griffiths was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court on April 16 to respond to the charges.
