Stacy Padula Recognized for Leadership and Impact, to Be Honored at International Awards Gala
Stacy Padula, an author, educator, and publisher, has been selected as one of the Top 25 Global Impact Leaders and named Top Female Visionary of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). She will be honored at the organization’s annual awards gala in December 2025 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
The Female Visionary Award is given annually to one woman who has demonstrated significant influence in her industry and community through professional accomplishments and outreach efforts. The Top 25 Global Impact Leaders distinction recognizes individuals whose work has made a substantial positive difference in their respective fields.
Padula is the founder and president of Briley & Baxter Publications LLC, a publishing company that supports animal rescues by donating 10% of publishing royalties to various organizations. Since its launch in 2021, the company has published over 100 books and supported authors worldwide. In addition to publishing, Padula is an accomplished author, known for her young adult book series Montgomery Lake High and Gripped, which explore themes such as social pressures and substance abuse. Her work has received multiple literary awards and is in the process of being adapted for television by Emmy-winning producer Mark Blutman.
Beyond literature, Padula runs a college counseling business in Massachusetts, assisting high school students with the college application process. Her guidance has helped numerous students prepare for higher education and develop strong academic and extracurricular profiles.
Throughout her career, Padula has received multiple accolades for her contributions to education, literature, and social impact. She was previously named Top International Social Impact Hero by IAOTP and has been recognized in publications such as Who’s Who in America and The CIO Times. Her publishing company was inducted into the Plymouth Business Hall of Fame, and she has received honors for her work in young adult literature.
