A Village of Sodus man was arrested following an investigation into a reported domestic incident, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took 40-year-old Terry Gosnell, of West Main Street in Sodus, into custody on March 24. He faces charges of second-degree harassment and obstruction of governmental administration. Authorities allege that Gosnell subjected an individual to unwanted physical contact during the incident.
According to law enforcement, when deputies attempted to place Gosnell under arrest, he allegedly refused to comply with lawful orders before being taken into custody.
Following his arrest, Gosnell was transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing. He was held pending an appearance in Centralized Arraignment Court on March 25 at 7:00 a.m. Officials said he is scheduled to appear in the Village of Sodus Court at a later date to address the charges.
