Sodus Bay Lighthouse Museum Announces 2025 Free Summer Concert Series
Concerts will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Sodus Bay Lighthouse Museum, 7606 North Ontario Street, Sodus Point, NY.
The Sodus Bay Lighthouse Museum has unveiled its lineup for the 2025 Free Summer Concert Series, offering a diverse selection of live music performances throughout July and August. The concerts, hosted on the lighthouse lawn, are open to the public at no cost.
The series kicks off on Sunday, July 6, with the Rochester Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra, which will showcase the Big Band tradition with selections from various eras.
A special Friday evening performance on July 11 will feature the Finger Lakes Orchestra, a community ensemble of volunteer musicians performing classical and pop favorites.
Later in the month, 47 South will take the stage on Sunday, July 27. This Rochester-based group plays a mix of rock, country, and blues.
August brings a nostalgic performance by It’s My Party on Sunday, August 10. The group is known for recreating the sound and style of 1960s girl groups.
The series concludes with Chris Wilson on Sunday, August 31. Back by popular demand, Wilson’s set will include a mix of country, pop, folk, and popular music.
Concerts will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Sodus Bay Lighthouse Museum, 7606 North Ontario Street, Sodus Point, NY. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own seating for the lawn. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the Lighthouse Concession Area.
