The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has reported the arrest of a Cicero man in connection with a motor vehicle collision that resulted in property damage on High Street in the Town of Rose.
According to law enforcement officials, Mark J. Loveless, 29, of Doreen Avenue in Cicero, allegedly drove off the roadway and collided with an object on High Street. The incident led to a civilian complaint, prompting an investigation.
Deputies conducted Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which Loveless reportedly failed. He later underwent a chemical breath test, which indicated a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of 0.18%, more than twice the legal limit.
Loveless was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rose Court on March 24 at 5:30 p.m. to respond to the charges.
