A classical music ensemble specializing in 18th-century compositions will perform in Macedon on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 3 p.m. The Rococo Project, featuring musicians Jon Allentoff (violin and viola), Aaron Bailey (violin), Elizabeth Kinney (cello), and Paul Knoke (harp), will bring historical music to the community at 1208 RT-31F, Macedon, NY.
The group, founded by Brighton Symphony Orchestra principal harpist Paul Knoke, is dedicated to performing works from the Rococo and Classical eras using period instruments. The concert is part of an ongoing initiative to bring historically inspired performances to venues across Upstate New York.
The event is free and open to the public, though donations are welcomed. Parking will be available on-site.
For those interested in experiencing a unique blend of history and music, this performance offers an opportunity to enjoy classical compositions in an intimate setting.
