Rochester Woman Arrested After Von Maur Theft at Eastview Mall

A Rochester woman has been charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property following an incident at Eastview Mall, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say Jasmyn Nicole Tolleson, 19, was taken into custody on Tuesday evening around 7:35 p.m. after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Von Maur store at the mall. Deputies report that Tolleson was found with $98 worth of stolen goods from the store and was also in possession of an additional $82 worth of allegedly stolen merchandise.

Following the arrest, Tolleson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
