Rochester Man Accused of Stealing Over $1,000 in Merchandise from Best Buy

Deputies day 40-year-old Harley Davidson DuBois stole merchandise valued at $1,259.98 from Best Buy in Victor.

A Rochester man has been charged with grand larceny following an incident at the Best Buy located at 7750 Eastview Mall Drive in Victor.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 40-year-old Harley Davidson DuBois on February 3, 2025, around 7:08 p.m. DuBois is accused of stealing merchandise valued at $1,259.98 from the store.

Following his arrest, DuBois was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to respond to the charge of fourth-degree grand larceny.

The investigation remains ongoing.
