Rochester Event to Honor Vietnam Veterans on National Vietnam Veterans Day

The Veterans Outreach Center, in partnership with Monroe County and the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System, will host an event to honor National Vietnam Veterans Day. The gathering is scheduled for Friday, March 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Roger Robach Community Center, 180 Beach Avenue, Rochester.

The event aims to recognize and show appreciation for those who served during the Vietnam War. All veterans and their families are invited to attend. A light breakfast will be provided, and complimentary valet parking will be available.

National Vietnam Veterans Day, observed annually on March 29, was established to honor the service and sacrifices of those who served in the U.S. military during the Vietnam War. Events like this provide an opportunity for veterans and the community to come together in remembrance and gratitude.
