Red Creek Man Arrested on Bench Warrant from Phoenix

A Red Creek man was taken into custody on Tuesday after authorities executed a bench warrant issued out of the Village of Phoenix.

According to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, Zachary L. Kush, 30, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. The details of the warrant were not disclosed, but Kush was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court following his arrest.
