An 18-year-old Phelps resident has been charged with third-degree assault following an alleged altercation at his place of education, authorities said.

According to law enforcement, Trevor J. J. Halladay was arrested on February 28 after an investigation into a reported physical altercation. Details regarding the nature of the incident, the individuals involved, or any potential injuries were not immediately released.
