A Phelps man has been charged with second-degree harassment following a domestic disturbance investigation by Ontario County deputies.
Adam J. Dailey, 33, was taken into custody without incident at approximately 11:20 a.m. on April 3 at his residence on State Route 14. The arrest stems from a verbal altercation that occurred at the same location several days prior, according to authorities.
Following the investigation, Dailey was issued a criminal summons by Phelps Town Court. He is scheduled to appear in court next month to respond to the charge.
