New York State Fair Offers Corporate Outing Packages for 2025

Businesses looking for a unique way to celebrate milestones or foster team bonding will have the opportunity to do so at the Great New York State Fair. The fair’s Corporate Outings Program offers companies a structured way to host gatherings while enjoying the event’s wide range of attractions.

The program provides businesses with a $1,000 credit that can be applied toward admission and parking. Companies can choose between full-day or half-day packages, granting access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Additionally, corporate groups will have exclusive use of more than 5,000 square feet of event space at The Exposition Center, the fair’s largest venue. This private space is available for meetings, meals, and celebrations, and employees will also be granted early access to exhibits in the center before they open to the public.

Fair officials say the program can be customized to meet the needs of participating businesses, with options for catering and Midway ride tickets.
