New Jersey Man Charged with DWI in Seneca County

A New Jersey man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in the early hours of March 7, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say Izaias Sutuj Patzan, 31, of Ocean Township, New Jersey, was stopped in the Town of Tyre around 3:54 a.m. An investigation determined he was intoxicated, leading to his arrest.

Sutuj Patzan was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court on March 25 to respond to the charges.
