Marion Man Arrested After Alleged Vehicular Attack in Domestic Dispute

A Marion man is facing charges after allegedly ramming his vehicle into another car during a domestic dispute on New Year’s Day, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say Andrew Riedman, 47, of Marion, was arrested on January 16, 2025, following an investigation into the altercation. Investigators report that the incident escalated into violence when Riedman allegedly intentionally drove his vehicle into another person’s car, inflicting substantial damage. He was charged with criminal mischief in the decond degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree.
Riedman was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he remained in custody overnight before being arraigned and released this morning.
