A Town of Marion man has been arrested following an alleged domestic dispute, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Daniel E. Luckman, 48, of Hall Center Road, into custody on March 22, 2025, on two counts of attempted criminal mischief.
Authorities allege that during a verbal dispute, Luckman discarded a laptop belonging to the victim into a water-filled ground spring and later dumped diesel motor oil on shrubs and landscaping near the victim’s home.
Following the arrest, Luckman was transported to the Wayne County Jail for Centralized Arraignment, where he is expected to appear before a judge.
The investigation was led by Deputy J. Wilson, along with Detectives Gaziano, Laclair, Jenkins, and Sergeant.
