Man Arrested in Varick on Domestic-Related Charges

The Seneca County Sheriff's Office has reported the arrest of a 39-year-old man following an alleged domestic incident on the morning of February 23.
According to Sheriff Tim Thompson, deputies responded to a call around 8:30 a.m. regarding a reported domestic dispute in progress. Following an investigation, authorities arrested Derek Lyon, 39, on multiple charges, including second-degree harassment, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, and aggravated family offense.
