A Macedon man was arrested following an investigation into a reported larceny at a Walmart store in Victor, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Dustin Proctor, 25, of Macedon, on March 11 in connection with an incident that occurred on March 9 at the Walmart located on Commerce Drive. Authorities allege that Proctor took approximately $68 worth of merchandise without paying.
Proctor was charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and was issued an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court, where he is scheduled to respond to the charge.
