Macedon Man Accused of Forcibly Entering Family Member’s Home

On Tuesday, January 14, it is reported that the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a disturbance in the Town of Macedon.

Authorities allege that John Diehl, 40, of Macedon, caused property damage and forcibly entered a family member’s residence where he did not reside. It was also reported that Diehl was intoxicated.

Diehl was arrested on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
