Lyons Man Arrested on Bench Warrant for Failing to Appear in Court
Deputies arrested Joshua B. Barber, 41, of Lyons, after a bench warrant had been issued for his arrest.
A Lyons man was taken into custody on February 3 after failing to appear in court on a prior charge related to drug possession, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Joshua B. Barber, 41, of Lyons, after a bench warrant had been issued for his arrest. The warrant stemmed from Barber’s failure to appear in court regarding a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
Barber was located and arrested by deputies and transported to the Wayne County Jail.
