A Lyons man was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies took Patrick Frank, 39, of Route 14, into custody on charges of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Authorities allege that Frank pushed a woman during an argument, violating an order of protection issued by the Wayne County Family Court.
Frank was transported to the Wayne County Jail and was scheduled for central arraignment on February 28 at 7 a.m.
