Lyons Fire Department to Host Chicken BBQ Fundraiser This Sunday

The Lyons Fire Department is bringing back its popular chicken barbecue fundraiser this Sunday, February 23, from 10 a.m. to noon, or until meals sell out.

Community members can support the department by purchasing a full chicken dinner for $12 or a half chicken for $8. Proceeds from the event help fund the fire department’s operations and community outreach efforts.

The barbecue will be held at the Lyons Fire Department, and organizers encourage early arrival, as previous events have sold out quickly.
