Junius Man Charged with Petit Larceny in Tyre

A 33-year-old man from Junius has been charged with petit larceny following an incident at a convenience store in the Town of Tyre, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Tim Thompson reported that deputies arrested Steven M. Foulkrod, of Gassner Road, on February 28 at approximately 11:23 p.m. The arrest followed an investigation into allegations that Foulkrod stole merchandise from the store. Security footage reportedly showed him placing items in his pockets and leaving without paying.
Foulkrod was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Tyre Town Court on March 25 to respond to the charge.
