A Gorham woman was arrested early Wednesday morning following a traffic stop on State Route 96, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities reported that Linda M. Randall, 41, of Gorham was stopped around 1:44 a.m. and was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Upon further investigation, deputies alleged that Randall was in possession of cocaine and suboxone, leading to charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd degree.
Additionally, law enforcement noted that an open alcoholic container was discovered inside the vehicle. Randall was issued an appearance ticket and multiple traffic tickets. She is scheduled to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to respond to the charges.
