Geneva Woman Charged with Petit Larceny Following Victor Walmart Incident
A Geneva woman is facing a petit larceny charge following an alleged shoplifting incident at the Walmart located on State Route 441 in Victor.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested Melissa Teeter, 35, on March 29 after responding to a report of suspected theft at the store. Investigators say Teeter is accused of taking approximately $15 worth of clothing without paying.
She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Victor Town Court at a later date.
