Geneva Man Arrested in Lyons After Theft of Mountain Dew, Candy Bars

A Geneva man has been charged with petit larceny following an incident at Kinney Drugs in Lyons, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested 26-year-old Joseph M. Gonzalez of Geneva after he allegedly stole Mountain Dew and several candy bars from the store.

Gonzalez was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court on March 4 at 8:30 a.m.
