Finger Lakes Drug Task Force Raids Auburn Drug House, Syracuse Dealer Arrested

A Syracuse man has been arrested on drug and weapons charges following an investigation into alleged cocaine distribution in Auburn, according to local authorities.
The Auburn Police Department announced Tuesday that Romello R. Gallman, 28, was taken into custody after an investigation by the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force. Law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Auburn, where they reportedly seized cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded Taurus 9 mm semi-automatic handgun.
Authorities stated that the firearm’s serial number had been altered, allegedly in an attempt to prevent tracking.
Gallman faces multiple felony charges, including third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Class B felony), fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (Class C felony), second-degree criminal possession of a weapon (Class C felony), and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon (Class D felony).
