A Farmington woman has been sentenced to probation after pleading guilty to unlawfully obtaining and disclosing protected health information in violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Tonya D’Agostino, 53, was sentenced to one year of probation and ordered to pay $13,410.42 in restitution by Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford in Rochester.
