Farmington Man Arrested on Bench Warrant

Matthew Allen Marshall, 45, was taken into custody around 10:03 a.m. at his residence on Marlette Drive.

Ontario County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a Farmington man on February 4 following the issuance of a bench warrant out of Farmington Town Court.

Matthew Allen Marshall, 45, was taken into custody around 10:03 a.m. at his residence on Marlette Drive. The warrant, which was issued on January 30, 2025, led to his arrest without incident.

After being taken into custody, Marshall was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment. He is scheduled to return to Farmington Town Court at a later date to address the charge related to the warrant.
